From July 2023 till December 2024 I was living in Rotterdam, Netherlands, and was working at a retail store called TKMaxx. Here I was a sales associate and some of my tasks were the following:

• Customer Service: Assisting customers with finding products, answering their questions, and providing product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.

• Sales: Promoting sales and special offers, ensuring customers are aware of any discounts or promotions.

• Stock Management: Helping with restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining the visual appeal of displays.

• Cashiering: Operating the cash register, handling transactions, and processing returns or exchanges.

• Loss Prevention: Ensuring that security protocols are followed to prevent theft and maintain store safety.

• Team Collaboration: Working with colleagues to ensure smooth daily store operations, such as assisting in opening or closing the store.
